Abstract:

Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2019.Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit, jestli jsou pro nás přímé zahraniční investice z Číny, které jsou v poslední letech tak mediálně zpopularizované, výhodné či nevýhodné, ať už na národní nebo regionální úrovni, která se týká konkrétních firem v regionech. Práce dále rozebírá, za jakým účelem jsou investice prováděny a jaký dopad má investiční aktivita čínských subjektů u nás. V práci budou zkoumány jak investice hmotné (např. fůze a akvizice, greenfields, brownfields), tak také investice nehmotného charakteru (např. získání know-how). V první části bude popsán teoretický úvod do tématu přímých zahraničních investic, který se týká charakteristiky PZI, definice PZI, klasifikace PZI a také lokalizačních faktorů přímých zahraničních investic. Dále budou v této části také podrobněji popsány výhody a nevýhody PZI. Druhá část se konkrétněji zaměří na vývoj objemu PZI v ČR, kde bude popsáno, z kterých zemí k nám proudí nejvíc kapitálu. V dalších kapitole budou dále diskutovány např. důvody vstupu čínských investorů na český trh nebo také ekonomické porovnání obou zemí. V poslední části budou zhodnoceny konkrétní významné PZI z Číny na našem území a jejich výhody či nevýhody. Práce by měla čtenáři více přiblížit aktuálně velmi medializovanou problematiku, kterou toto téma v současné době nabízí.

Brno: Mendel University, 2019.The aim of this bachelor thesis is based on an evaluation of Chinese foreign in-vestments, which are such a popularized trend in Czech republic, and itʼs advantages or disadvantages, with regard to national as well as regional level; to some particular companies in regions of Czech republic. The thesis also analyzes the purpose of the investment and the impact of the investment activity of Chinese entities in the Czech Republic. The thesis examines both tangible investments (eg mergers and acquisitions, greenfields, brownfields) as well as intangible investments (eg acquiring know-how). The first part describes the theoretical introduction to the topic of FDI, which conc-ludes the characteristics, the definition, the classification and also the localization factors. Furthermore, this section elaborates the advantages and disadvantages of FDI in details. The second part is focused more specifically on the development of the volume of FDI in the Czech Republic, such as introduction of from which countries CR has got the most FDI flows. The following chapter paying attention to the reasons for the Chinese investors' entry into the Czech market together with the economic comparison of both countries. In the last part evaluates concrete significant FDI from China into our country and itʼs advantages or disadvantages. The thesis should give the reader more information about the currently highly publicized issue.
