Implementation of basal stimulation in postoperative care on neurosurgery

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku implementace bazální stimulace v pooperační péči na neurochirurgických odděleních. Obsah je rozdělen do dvou stěžejních částí (teoretické a empirické). Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o problematice bazální stimulace s jejím uplatněním v klinické praxi, a o neurochirurgii (základy anatomie nervového systému, diagnostické spektrum metod, neurotraumatologie hlavy a míchy, abscesy CNS, cévní onemocnění mozku, nádory CNS, neuronavigace, specifické přístroje na neurochirurgickém sále a specifika ošetřovatelské pooperační péče). Empirická část je založena na kvalitativním šetřeni pomocí kombinace technik pozorování, rozhovoru a projekce u pacientů s neurologickým deficitem hospitalizovaných na neurochirurgickém oddělení. Cílem šetření je zmapovat dopad somatické stimulace na lidské vnímaní a na vybrané vitální a vegetativní funkce v průběhu tří po sobě následujících dní.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis enquiry implementation of basal stimulation in postoperative care on neurosurgery. The whole thesis is divided into the two parts (theoretic and empiric). In thoretic part we describe basal stimulation with use this in clinical practice, after that we describe neurosurgery (The basic anatomy of neural system, diagnostic methods, neuraltraumatology head and spinal cord, abscess of neural system, vascular diseases of brain, cancer of brain and spinal cord, neuronavigation, The specific instrument on neurosurgery operating room and The diferents of postoperative care). The empirical part is worked by the qualitative method (observational sheet and projection method). We research changes in human sentience and some vegetative functions after basal stimulation. We practice basal stimulation with 7 patients in 3 days a-row. We do this research in The Faculty Hospital Brno, Neurosurgery, Intensive Care Unit B, which was realise in July 2014.
