Juristic, Tax and Accounting Solutions of Overdue Receivable in Selected Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou právního, daňového a účetního řešení pohledávek po splatnosti u vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část poskytuje poznatky z oblasti řešení pohledávek převzaté z odborné literatury. V praktické části se zabývám analýzou vývoje pohledávek v letech 2014 až 2016 a současného stavu pohledávek vybrané společnosti, další kapitola je věnována konkrétním případům řešení pohledávek v této společnosti. V závěru práce jsou na základě výsledků analýzy identifikovány nedostatky současného procesu upomínání dlužníků i případného vymáhání pohledávek, společnosti navrhuji opatření a možné způsoby řešení pro zefektivnění a zkvalitnění řízení pohledávek po splatnosti a minimalizace negativních dopadů jejich vzniku.

Abstract:

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the legal, tax and accounting solution of overdue re-ceivables in the selected company. The theoretical part is based on the economic literature and it provides the knowledge of receivables collection. In the practical part, I deal with the analysis of the development of receivables in the years 2014 to 2016 as well as I analyze the current state of receivables of the selected company. The next chapter is de-voted to the specific cases of solving receivables in the selected company. At the end of the thesis, weaknesses in the current process of reminding debtors and eventual recovery of receivables are identified. At last, I recommend to the company measures and possible ways of solution for streamlining and improving the management of maturity receivables and minimizing the negative impacts of their occurrence.
