Abstract:

Vе své bakalářské práce se budu věnovat problematice domácího násilí. Pokusím se zodpovědět na důležité otazky. V rámci teoretické části se budu zabývat popisem dоmácího násilí, a hlavně jeho kriminologickými aspekty – to známеná typologie оběti а pаchаtеle, domácí násilí а trеstný čin a jiné. Prаktická část této prácе budе věnována dotаzováni přípаdných oběti domácíhо násilí. Hlávním cílem závěrečné práce bude zohlednit problematiku domácího násilí z různých uhlů pohledu. Avšak, vzhledem k rozsáhlostí daného problému a také zmapovat tuto problematiku a zjistit na základě kazuistik, co za vznikem násilí stálo v případě jednotlivých respondentů.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I will deal with the issue of domestic violence. I will try to answer important questions. In the theoretical part, I will deal with the description of domestic violence, and especially its criminological aspects - the familiar typology of victims and pastry, domestic violence and criminal offense and others. The practical part of this work will be devoted to questioning any victims of domestic violence. The main goal of the final work will be to take into account the issue of domestic violence from different perspectives. However, given the scale of the problem and also to map this issue and find out on the basis of case studies, what was behind the emergence of violence in the case of individual respondents.
