Knowledge management and its usage in company practice
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat problematikou řízení znalostí v podmínkách Průmyslu 4.0. Bude řešena problematika znalostní a učící se organizace, znalostního pracovníka a rovněž práce s informacemi a znalostmi jako předpokladu konkurenceschopnosti podniku ve znalostní ekonomice. Budou identifikovány principy fungování znalostního podniku a budou hledány cesty jejich optimalizace.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis will deal with the issue of knowledge management in the conditions of Industry 4.0. The issue of knowledge and learning organization, knowledge worker and work with information and knowledge as a prerequisite for the competitiveness of the company in the knowledge economy will be addressed.
