Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou daňových úniků a daňové optimalizace. Cílem práce je rozebrat příčiny i způsoby daňových úniků a napomoci tak při hledání řešení. Práce je strukturována do kapitol. Začíná daňovou teorií, v níž budou vysvětleny základní termíny a východiska. The topic of this thesis is tax evasion and tax optimization in Czech Republic. It describes causes and forms of tax evasion, which should help to find solution of this problem.
