Analysis of selected narrative categories in fables by Aesop and La Fontaine
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on a narratological analysis of narrator in fables by Jean de la Fontaine and Aesop. It aims to pinpoint basic similarities and differences between narrators of the two authors. The theoretical part introduces the genre and both authors. Analytical part provides analysis of selected fables on the basis of the theory of Gérard Genette.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá naratologickou analýzou rozprávača v bájkach Jeana de la Fontaina a Aisópa. Má za cieľ vytýčiť základné podobnosti a rozdiely medzi rozprávačmi autorov. Teoretická časť predstavuje daný žáner a obidvoch autorov. Analytická časť je tvorená rozborom vybraných bájok na základe teórie Gérarda Genetta.
