Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Ochrana spotřebitele při nákupu zboží na internetu se v teoretické části zabývá historií ochrany spotřebitele v České republice a vymezením samotného pojmu spotřebitel. Dále jsou v této části uvedeny některé kontrolní a dozorové orgány působící na území České republiky, popsán pojem elektronický obchod a jeho samotný vývoj. Také jsou zde uvedeny druhy e-shopů a podrobně rozebrán postup nákupu zboží spotřebitelem na internetu. V závěru teoretické části je vysvětlena právní úprava nakupování na internetu, především pak povinnosti prodávajícího a práva spotřebitele. V analytické části je proveden kvantitativní výzkum pomocí dotazníkové šetření, který je zaměřen především na nákup zboží na internetu. Cílem této práce je uvedení a zhodnocení výsledků dotazníkového šetření a následné porovnání autorových hypotéz s těmito výsledky.

Abstract:

This thesis Online Shopping Customer Protection deals in the theoretical part with the history of consumer protection in the Czech Republic and defines the very concept of the consumer. Furthermore, this section lists some of the control and oversight bodies operating in the Czech Republic and it describes the concept of electronic commerce and the development itself. It also mentions types of e-shops and it in detail analyses the procedure of buying goods on the Internet by the consumer. In the conclusion of the theoretical part the legislation of shopping on the Internet is explained, especially the obligations of the seller and consumer rights. In the analytical part there is a quantitative research performed using questionnaires, that is focused mainly on buying goods on the Internet. The goal of this work is to evaluate the results of the questionnaire survey and subsequent comparison of the author's hypotheses with the survey results.
