The system of motivation in manufacturing company.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je zjistit, které faktory motivují liniové zaměstnance společnosti Ishimitsu Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. nejvíce, a provést komparaci se stávajícím systémem motivace podniku a následně provést doporučení, která by mohla být aplikována. V první části práce jsou pomocí rešerše vymezeny pojmy, které s daným tématem úzce souvisí. Dále se práce zabývá možnostmi měření motivace a spokojenosti pracovníků a jsou vytyčeny nástroje, které se k motivaci pracovníků používají. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na stávající systém motivace společnosti, který tvoří především benefity poskytované zaměstnancům. V bakalářské práci byla zvolena metoda písemného dotazování a byly využity dva dotazníky. Výstupy z těchto dotazníků byly v rámci stejných oblastí komparovány. V místním šetření bylo zjištěno, že pro zaměstnance jsou z hlediska motivace nejvíce důležité finanční faktory a jistota práce. Zároveň jsou s finančními faktory jako je mzda, benefity a odměny nejméně spokojení. Zároveň však bylo zjištěno, že v současné době se zaměstnavateli daří motivovat své zaměstnance spíše finančním způsobem než nefinančním.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employee motivation. The aim of the thesis is to find out which factors motivate employees of the Ishimitsu Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. company the most, and compare it with the actual motivation system of the company and then make recommendations which could be used. The terms closely connected with this thesis are described in the first part. The thesis also deals with the possibilities of measuring motivation and satisfaction of the employees. The tools used to motivate the workers there are set out. The main part of this thesis is focused on the actual system of company motivation, which is formed by benefits. The written questionnaire survey as a researched method and two questionnaires were chosen. The results have been compared. Financial factors and job certainty are the most important in terms of motivation. But the employees are the least satisfied with their wage and benefits. At the same time it was found out that the employer is currently more successful in financial motivation than nonfinancial.
