Abstract:

První kapitola objasňuje pojmy, které jsou pro práci relevantní. Následně je popsána romská historie v podobě poměrně složité migrace Romů z Indie do Evropy. V další části práce je přibližována romská mentalita s akcentem na tradice, zvyky, oslavy a řemesla. Pozornost je věnována také postavení romských žen ve společnosti. Hlavní důraz je kladen na problematiku smíšených manželství, jejich historii u nás i ve světě. Jsou popsány typy osobností, které smíšené svazky uzavírají a kompetence, které si partneři osvojují, aby učinili svazky stabilní. V neposlední řadě jsou charakterizovány úskalí a přínosy, které s sebou smíšené manželství nese a rozdíly ve výchově romských a českých dětí. Praktická část popisuje výzkum týkající se způsobů výchovy v rodinách respondentů. Me-todou výzkumu je polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Závěr práce nabízí shrnutí výstupů z usku-tečněného výzkumu.

Abstract:

The first chapter explains the terms that are relevant to the work. Then it describes the his-tory of Romany in the form of a relatively complex migration of Romany from India to Europe. The second part is approaching Romany mentality with an emphasis on traditions, customs, celebrations and crafts. Attention is paid to the situation of Romany women in society. The main emphasis is on issues related to mixed marriages, their history at home and abroad. Work describes the types of personalities that the mixed marriages entered into and competencies that partners learn, to make stable bonds. Last but not least, are characte-rized the pitfalls and benefits that come with the mixed marriages and differences in upbringing Czech and Romany children. The practical part describes research on the methods of upbringing in respondents families. Research method is semi-structured interview. The conclusion offers a summary of the outcomes of research.
