Children's Homes with the Emphasis on Educational Methods and the concept of "voice"

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dětskými domovy, respektive tím, jak je prováděna výchova dětí z dětských domovů a dále konceptem "voice", neboli "hlasem" dětí. Postupně jsou v této práci uváděny teorie týkající se antropologie dětství, obohacené o poznatky z mého terénního výzkumu, který jsem prováděla v jedné z institucí. Informace jsem získávala skrze pozorování a prostřednictvím rozhovorů s dětmi, vychovateli a sociálními pracovníky.

Abstract:

My bachelor´s work is focused on Children´s home, or rather how the children are raised in Children´s homes and also it is focused on the concept "voice". I mention the theories of anthropology of children and enrich them with knowledge from my fieldwork, which was made in one particular institution. I have been collecting the information through observation, conversation with children, tutors and social workers.
