Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit, zda Evropská unie vytváří prostředí pro existenci daňových rájů, dále poskytuje srovnání vybraných daňových rájů souvisejících s EU, stejně tak zhodnocuje české právo ve vztahu k těmto daňovým rájům. Focus of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate if European Union creates environment which enables existence of tax havens, comparison of selected tax havens related with EU and examination of Czech law in relation to tax havens.
