Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá investováním do nemovitostí a nemovitostních fondů a návrhem různých strategií pro investory v těchto oblastech. V teoretické části se práce věnuje vysvětlení pojmů jako jsou investice, nemovitosti, riziko a způsoby financování. V analytické části pak práce zkoumá dvě investiční oblasti, kdy jsou vybrány konkrétní varianty, které jsou detailně popsány, včetně jejich rizikovosti, výnosnosti a likvidity. Cílem práce je zjištění vhodnosti investičních variant a navržení různých investičních strategií.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with investing in real estate and real estate funds and proposing different strategies for investors in these areas. In the theoretical part, the thesis explains concepts such as investment, real estate, risk and financing methods. In the analytical part, the thesis then examines two investment areas, where specific options are selected and described in detail, including their risk, return and liquidity. The aim of the thesis is to determine the suitability of the investment options and to propose different investment strategies.
