Tato práce se zaměřuje na to, jak právní úprava ovlivňuje strukturu a fungování akciových společností s proměnným základním kapitálem jako investičních fondů. This diploma thesis focuses on how the legislation affects the structure and functioning of variable capital companies as investment funds. It also focuses on the general features of the legal regulation of investment funds and defines three elements of investment funds which determine the resulting form of investment fund.
