Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma mentální retardace a porucha autistického spektra. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jaké symptomy se u jednotlivých respondentů projevují a také jak náročná je péče o tyto jedince z pohledu rodiny. Dále ve své práci zkoumám, jaká je možnost vzdělávání osob s mentální retardací. V teoretické části je definována mentální retardaci a poruchu autistického spektra. Součástí této práce je i popsání etiologie, symptomy, přidružené onemocnění, klasifikace mentální retardace, možnosti vzdělávání a také jaké zdravotně sociální zařízení může rodina využít. Teoretická část je vypracována na základě analýzy a následné syntézy informací získaných z odborných zdrojů podstatných ke studované problematice. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, jak náročná je péče o tyto jedince, čím se osoby s mentální retardací liší od zdravých jedinců a také, jaká je možnost vzdělávání. Vybrané cíle byly hodnoceny pomocí tří vypracovaných kazuistik. Průzkumné šetření bylo založeno na základě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, pozorování a obsahové analýzy výsledků. Hlavním cílem průzkumného šetření bylo stanovit, kdy byla mentální retardace a porucha autistického spektra jedinci diagnostikvána a také jaká je možnost vzdělávání. Mým dalším cílem bylo zjistit, jak moc je náročná péče o tyto jedince ze strany rodiny. Důležitou součástí práce je i problematika začlenění se mezi ostatní jedince. Otázky byly pokládány samotným re-spondentům a jejich rodině. Ve své práci se snažím přinést informace o tom, jak se jednotliví respondenti vyrovnávají s postižením ve své době.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis will be processed on the topic of mental retardation and autism spectrum disorder. The main goal was to find what symptoms appear in individual respondents and how difficult is the care of these individuals from the point of view of their family. I also examine the possibility of educating people with mental retardation. In the theoretical part I will define mental retardation and autism spectrum disorder. Part of this work is also a description of the etiology, symptoms, associated diseases, classification of mental retardation, opportunities of education and also what health and social facilities the family can use. The theoretical part will be worked out on the basis of analysis and subsequent synthesis of information obtained from professional sources substantial to the studied issues. The goal of the practical part will be to find out how diffficult is the care of these individuals, how people with mental retardation differ from healthy individuals and what is the possibility of education. I will fulfill these goals with the help of three elaborated case studies. The exploratory investigation will be based on a semi-structured interview, observations and content analysis of the results. The main goal of the exploratory survey will be to determine when have been mental retardation and autism spectrum disorder diagnosed in an individual and also what is the possibility of education. Further is necessary to find out how difficult the care of these individuals by the family is. An important part of this work is the issue of inclusion among other individuals. I will ask the questions to the respondents themselves and their families.
