Cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvoření výukového materiálu určeného pro učební obor pekař 2. ročník, předmět suroviny, tematický celek-tuky. Mojí motivací při vytváření vlastního výukového materiálu pro obor pekař, předmět suroviny, je nedostatek odborných učebnic a dal-ších studijních textů vztahujících se ke zvolenému tématu. The aim of the diploma thesis was the preparation and the creation of teaching materials intended for the course Baker 2nd year (the sub-ject of raw materials, thematic group fats).
