Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na význam osobnostního rozvoje manažerů v dané organizaci. Teoretická část poskytuje definice managementu, role manažerů v organizacích a důležitost manažerských dovedností pro úspěšné řízení, včetně různých přístupů k osobnostnímu rozvoji. Metodologie výzkumu popisuje postup a použité metody sběru dat. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je prozkoumat procesy osobnostního rozvoje manažerů v konkrétní organizaci. Na základě zjištěných dat z dotazníkového šetření je cílem navrhnout možné zlepšení a efektivnější podporu osobnostního rozvoje. Proběhlo stanovení výzkumných otázek, které jsou klíčové pro interpretaci výsledků a umožňují objektivně posoudit dosažené poznatky. Praktická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na provedení dotazníkového šetření s manažery dané organizace, které má za cíl získat data o osobnostním rozvoji a jeho vlivu na manažery podniku. Na základě získaných dat bude provedena interpretace výsledků a zodpovězení výzkumných otázek. Výsledky provedeného výzkumu poskytly důležité poznatky o osobnostním rozvoji manažerů v dané organizaci. Dotazníkové šetření odhalilo, že manažeři vnímají osobnostní rozvoj jako důležitý faktor. Zároveň však byly zjištěny nedostatky v této oblasti, ve kterých je potřeba zlepšení. Návrhová část práce se zaměřuje na doporučení, která by měla firma přijmout na základě zjištěných výsledků výzkumu. Jsou navržena s cílem maximalizovat přínosy osobnostního rozvoje pro manažery a celou organizaci.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the importance of personal development of managers in a given organization. The theoretical part provides definitions of management, the role of managers in organizations and the importance of managerial skills for successful management, including different approaches to personal development. The research methodology describes the procedure and methods used for data collection. The main aim of the thesis is to investigate the processes of personal development of managers in a specific organization. Based on the data collected from the questionnaire survey, the aim is to suggest possible improvements and more effective support for personal development. The research questions have been determined, which are crucial for the interpretation of the results and enable an objective assessment of the findings. The practical part of the thesis focuses on conducting a questionnaire survey with the managers of the given organisation to obtain data on personal development and its influence on the managers of the company. On the basis of the obtained data, the interpretation of the results and answering the research questions will be carried out. The results of the research conducted have provided important insights into the personal development of managers in the given organization. The questionnaire survey revealed that managers perceive personal development as an important factor. However, at the same time, gaps were identified in this area where improvement is needed. The proposal part of the paper focuses on the recommendations that the company should adopt based on the findings of the research. They are designed to maximize the benefits of personal development for managers and the organization as a whole.
