Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá přípravou tenkých polymerních vrstev z roztoků MEH-PPV. Byl zkoumán vliv použitého rozpouštědla a substrátu na vlastnosti připravených tenkých vrstev. Pro přípravu tenkých vrstev byla použita metoda spin coatingu. U tenkých vrstev vytvořených touto metodou, byly měřeny tloušťky naneseného filmu pomocí mechanické profilometrie. Abstract:
This work deals with the preparation of thin films of polymer MEH-PPV solutions. The influence of the solvent and substrate on the properties of the thin films was examined. Spin coating method was used for preparation of thin films. The thickness of deposited thin films was measured by mechanical profilometry.
