Changes in public catering during a viral pandemic in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou změn ve veřejném stravování, které byly vyvolané vlivem virové pandemie. Cílem práce je zjistit názory a pohledy manažerů pražských restaurací na změny v provozu v době pandemie, na základě jejich výpovědí identifikovat 5 nejzásadnějších problémů a navrhnout řešení na vybrané z nich.
Abstract:
This master’s dissertation deals with the issue of changes in public catering which were caused by a viral pandemic. The aim of the thesis is to find out the opinions and views of managers of Prague restaurants on changes in the operation of restaurants during the pandemic, based on their statements to identify 5 most important problems and suggest solution to selected ones.
