Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou spolupráce a komunikace globálních a distribuovaných týmů. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat současný stav, přínosy i negativní vlivy vzdálené spolupráce distribuovaných týmů ve vybraných podnicích v kontextu řízení, efektivity komunikace v organizaci a produktivity jednotlivců. Součástí práce je i návrh na zlepšení a budoucí řešení pro efektivnější spolupráci v rámci distribuovaných týmů.

Abstract:

This master thesis is focused on the cooperation and communication of global or distributed teams. The aim is to analyze the current situation, benefits and negative impacts of remote collaboration of distributed teams in selected enterprises in the context of management, communication efficiency and productivity. Secondarily the aim is to propose improvements and future solutions for more effective collaboration across distributed teams.
