Tato diplomová práce se zabývala pracovní angažovaností skautských dobrovolníků v kontextu vybraných konstruktů teorie sebedeterminace. Toto téma bylo také vztahováno k charakteristikám skautského prostředí. Pro výzkum byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkumný design, data byla sbírána pomocí dotazníku. The diploma thesis dealt with the work engagement of scout volunteers in the context of selected constructs of self-determination theory. This topic was also related to the characteristics of the scout environment. Quantitative research was chosen for this study, data was collected through questionnaire.
