This Master's thesis is focused on optimising the costs of lighting in indoor vertical farms. First, it explains the condition for crop growth and the operation of LED lights in vertical farming. Second, it introduces possible models of electricity savings for consumers on day-ahead energy markets. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na minimalizaci nákladů na osvětlení ve vertikálních farmách. Nejprve jsou vysvětleny podmínky pro pěstování rostlin a fungování LED světel v oblasti vertikálního farmaření. Dále jsou představeny možné modely pro šetření elektrické energie pro odběratele na day-ahead energetických trzích. Pro kombinace různých modelů svícení a lamp je popsána mutikriteriální úloha.
