Abstract:
Práce se zabývá základní charakteristikou chalkogenidových skel a vysvětlením pojmu sklotvornosti. Dále shrnuje základní vlastnosti systému Ge-Sb-Te a dalších opticky aktivních materiálů. Také objasňuje princip fungování optických disků a PCRAM modulů. Na závěr jsou uvedeny základní způsoby přípravy amorfních materiálů.
Abstract:
The work deals with fundamental characteristics of chalcogenide glasses and clarification of glass-forming ability. Description of properties of Ge-Sb-Te system and other optically active materials is also included. Principles of optical discs and PCRAM are explained. The methods of preparation of amorphous materials are summarized.
