Bakalářská práce se zabývá kariérou a způsobem vzpírání Sri Chinmoye. Popisuje jednotlivé cviky a jejich technické provedení. Vysvětluje klíčové aspekty a principy, které Sri Chinmoy používá ve vzpírání. Uvádí jeho tréninkové plány a postupy ve vzpírání. Jsou zde uvedené pozitivní i kritické pohledy na problematiku. Thesis is concerning the ways and the carrier of Sri Chinmoy weightlifting. It explains particular lifts and their technical performance. Describes key aspects and rules which he employes in his weightlifting. It presents his training intentions and methods in weighlifting.
