Abstract:
Tato práce se zaobírá fenoménem sendvičové generace. Vychází z teoretického pojetí tohoto pojmu, spojeného s demografickým vývojem, formami péče o seniory, významnou rolí rodiny v péči o staré rodiče, postavení ženy ve společnosti a genderovou stereotypizací ženy-pečovatelky. This thesis focuses on sandwich generation. It's theoretical background draws on terms such as demographical development, different types of long- term care of elderly people, significant role of family in this, role of women in eldercare and gender stereotypes that cement the role of woman-caregiver.
