Development of activities of tourist information centers in the Euroregion Praděd

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce ?Rozvoj aktivit turistických informačních center v Euroregionu Praděd? se zabývá činnostmi a aktivitami turistických informačních center na území Euroregionu Praděd. V teoretické části byly vymezeny obecné pojmy související s cestovním ruchem, organizací cestovního ruchu a certifikací služeb turistických informačních center na českém a polském území. V následné kapitole bylo vymezeno zájmové území Euroregionu Praděd, historie rozvoje cestovního ruchu v zájmovém území a specifikace organizace sdružení Euroregionu Praděd. Následně bylo podrobně analyzováno 29 turistických informačních center z obou stran hranic Euroregionu Praděd, u kterých byly zjišťovány hlavní a vedlejší činnosti a souvislosti spojené s provozem těchto zařízení. V zájmu zachování objektivity byla oslovena pouze centra, která poskytovala svou hlavní činnost bezplatně a minimálně šest měsíců před odevzdáním této práce. Použitá data byla získána vlastním šetřením, které se skládalo z osobní návštěvy jednotlivých subjektů v období červenec až říjen roku 2012. Data byla tématicky seřazena a následně vyhodnocena. V závěrečné části této bakalářské práce byly na základě zjištěných skutečností navrženy možnosti dalšího rozvoje turistických informačních center na území Euroregionu Praděd.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis ? ?Development of Tourist Information Centres in the ?Praděd? Euroregion? deals with operation and activities of the tourist information centres in the area of the ?Praděd? Euroregion. In the theoretical part the general terms related to tourism, organisation of tourism and certification of the services provided by tourist information centres in the Czech and Polish regions have been specified. In the following chapter the area of interest of the Praděd Euroregion, history of development of tourism in the area of interest and specification of the Praděd Euroregion organisation have been specified. Then 29 tourist information centres from both borders of the Praděd Euroregion have been analysed in detail. The major and minor activities and relations connected to operation of those centres have been detected. In order to keep objectivity, only those centres, which provided their major activities free of charge and for the period of minimally six months prior to submission of this thesis have been addressed. The data used have been obtained by means of own research, which consisted of a personal visit of the individual entities in the period from July to October 2012. The data have been arranged according to their topics and then evaluated. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis, the possibilities for further development of the tourist information centres in the area of the Praděd Euroregion have been proposed according to the facts found.
