Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována nejznámějším druhům masáží, jejich historii a vzniku, obzvláště pak klasické a sportovní. Najdeme zde definici masáže, její účinky, cíle a význam pro člověka. Je v ní také popsána základní charakteristika jednotlivých masáží.
