Nursing care of patients hospitalized at the Department of Long-term intensive care
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je v teoretické části zanměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o nemocné hospitalizované na oddělení Dlouhodobé intenzivní péče. V praktické části zjišťuji nejčastější ošetřovatelské diagnózy používané na oddělení a spokojenost sester se stávající dokumentací. Výstupem práce je tiskopis s předepsanými ošetřovatelskými diagnózami a intervencemi.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is in its theoretical part focusing on the nursing care for patiens hospitalized in the Long-term Intensive Care unit. In the practical part I am trying to find out the most frequent nursing diagnoses used in the unit and nurses´satisfaction with the existing documentation. The output of this work is a privted form with the prescribed nursing diagnoses and interventions.
