Main topic of this bachalor thesis is definition of the institutes of co-ownership based on the Civil Code. Target of this essay is definition of the terms divided co-ownership and undivided co-ownership and analyze of the legal relation, that is applied between them. Predmetom bakalárskej práce je vymedzenie inštitútu spoluvlastníctva podľa Občianskeho zákonníka. Práca sa zameriava na rozbor pojmov podielové a bezpodielové spoluvlastníctvo, analýzu právnych vzťahov, ktoré sa v rámci nich uplatňujú.
