Cílem práce je nalézt inspirativní prvky pro zefektivnění zdanění motorových vozidel na základě srovnání stávající právní úpravy a reálného fungování v České republice a v Rakousku. The goal of the submitted thesis is to find inspirational elements for reaching a more effective taxation of motor vehicles based on a comparison of the current legislation and the real functioning of it in the Czech Republic and Austria.
