V bakalářské práci je zpracována problematika spojená s výpovědí z pracovního poměru. V úvodu jsou vymezeny základní pracovněprávní vztahy a pojmy, jednotlivé možné způsoby skončení pracovního poměru v souladu s ustanovením zákoníku práce. The bachelor thesis deals with issues related to employment termination. The introduction contains explanation of main labor relations and terms, lists different possibilities of employment termination in accordance with Labor code.
