The Project of Marketing Management of Selectet Non-profit Organization with the Emphasis on the Provision of Health Care to Clients

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je navržení projektu marketingového řízení neziskové organizace poskytující mimo jiné ošetřovatelské služby. Diplomová práce se dělí do dvou částí. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na stručnou charakteristiku zdravotnictví, neziskových organizací, marketingu, marketingového řízení neziskových organizací a fundraisingu. V úvodu praktické části je organizace představena, následně je provedena situační analýza, která je podkladem pro vypracování projektu. Projekt je zaměřen na zavedení pozice marketingového pracovníka a realizaci marketingových aktivit v rámci externí komunikace s laickou i odbornou veřejností, které si kladou za cíl zvýšení počtu sponzorů, získání dobrovolníků a změnu image ošetřovatelské služby. Projekt bude podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze, aby byla zjištěna jeho realizovatelnost.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose a project marketing management of a nonprofit organization which, among others, provides nursing services. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on brief characteristics of healthcare, non-profit organizations, marketing, marketing management of nonprofit organizations and fundraising. At the beginning of the practical part the organization is presented, next a situation analysis, which is the basis for project development is effectuated. The project is aimed at the introduction of the post of marketing worker and at the implementation of marketing activities in the external communication with the general public and experts. It aims to increase the number of sponsors, volunteers and the transformation of the image of nursing services. The project will be subjected to time, cost and risk analysis, in order to determine its feasibility.
