Diagnostika dohasínání pulzního plazmatu

Plasma diagnostics of pulsed discharge
Abstract:
Provádíme sérii experimentů v pulsním mikrovlnném výboji, kdy zkoumáme dohasínající plazma za průtoku dusíku s příměsí kyslíku okolo 1 %. Diagnostiku plazmatu provádíme optickou emisní spektroskopií a snažíme se najít závislost intenzity spektra a koncentrace atomárních částic na parametrech pulsů. Také zkoumáme vliv průtoku kyslíku a rozdíl mezi pulsním a kontinuálním režimem výboje.
Abstract:
We accomplished series of experiments with pulsed microwave discharge, in which we are investigating the flowing afterglow of nitrogen plasma with an admixture of oxygen arond 1 %. We use optical emmisson spectroscopy for plasma diagnostics and we are trying to follow dependece of the spectra intensity and concentration of atomic species on pulse parameters.
