Tématem diplomové práce jsou převody zemědělských a lesních pozemků. Půda je nezbytnou podmínkou pro všechny lidské aktivity, a proto je nutné chránit pozemky již při převodech vlastnického práva. Na začátku práce jsou uvedeny základní instituty soukromého práva, které jsou spojeny s převody pozemků. The topic of the thesis are transfers of agricultural and forest land. Land is the essential condition for all human activities. That’s why we need to protect them during transfers.
