Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá činnostmi v rámci manažerské funkce personalistiky uplatněné v podniku v oblasti poskytování zdravotnických služeb. V konkrétním podniku bude zjišťována podobnost teorie zjištěné v odborné literatuře se skutečností realizovanou v podnikové praxi.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the activities under the management function of human resources applied in the business of provision healthcare services. In concrete company will be detected similarity of theories found in the literature and the reality in business practice.
