Práce se zabývá možností snížení obsahu mastných kyselin v olejích a esterech pomocí kyselé transesterifikace. V teoretické části byla popsána transesterifikace a esterifikace, použité suroviny, různé druhy katalýzy (homogenní, heterogenní a enzymatická) a použité analytické metody. The work deals with the possibilities of reducing the content of fatty acids in oils and esters by acid transesterification. The theoretical part describes the transesterification and esterification, raw materials used, various types of catalysis (homogeneous, heterogeneous and enzymatic) and analytical methods used.
