The Combination of a Diabetes Mellitus and Thyroidal Diseases
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá základními informacemi o výskytu a etiopatogenezi kombinací onemocnění štítné žlázy a diabetes mellitus. Dále se práce věnuje molekulárním mechanismům ve spojení dysfunkcí štítné žlázy a diabetes mellitus. V poslední části se práce zaměřuje na současnou terapii obou onemocnění.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis concerns with basic information on the occurrence and etiopathogenesis of the combination of thyroid disease and diabetes mellitus. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the molecular mechanisms in the association of thyroid dysfunction and diabetes mellitus. The last part of thesis focuses on the current therapy of both diseases.
