Employee benefits and tax
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je výběr a zhodnocení používaných a zákonem stanovených zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu. Snaha o udržení kvalitních zaměstnanců rozbor současné situace zaměstnaneckých výhod, jejich nabídka a využití této nabídky ve sledované společnosti, porovnání benefitů z daňového pohledu na straně zaměstnance i na straně zaměstnavatele.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is the selection and evaluation of used and statutory employee benefits in the selected business entity. The effort to maintain quality staff analysis of the current situation, employee benefits, their supply and use this menu in the society, comparing the benefits from the tax point of view on the part of both employees and employers.
