Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku prekérních pracovněprávních vztahů a sestává ze čtyř hlavních částí – dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr, pracovního poměru na dobu určitou, agenturního zaměstnávání a distanční práce. Její hlavní cíl je analyzovat právní úpravu de lege lata a nabídnout konstruktivní návrhy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on precarious work and consists of four pivotal parts - agreements on works performed beyond employment relationship, fixed-term employment relationship, agency employment and remote work. Its main goal is to analyse legislation de lege lata in order to formulate constructive recommendations de lege ferenda.
