Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rodových stereotypů v institucích poskytujících sociální služby. Práce si klade za cíl hrubé zmapování těchto stereotypů a jejich dopad na kvalitu poskytovaných služeb. Zároveň disponuje tendencí přispět k debatě o rodových stereotypech, jejich distribuci a neblahém vlivu na všechny sféry veřejného i soukromého života společnosti.
Abstract:
This bachelor?s thesis deals with issues of gender stereotypes in institutions providing social services. The thesis aims at mapping and impact of these stereotypes on quality of services provided by such institutions. The thesis also makes effort to contribute to the debate about distribution and impact of gender stereotypes on all spheres of public and private life.
