Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce: „Fúze a akvizice z pohledu hospodářské soutěže“ je analýza právní úpravy týkající se této oblasti. První část je zaměřena na historický vývoj a současnost právní úpravy hospodářské soutěže v České republice, Evropské unii a Spojených státech amerických. V druhé části jsou popsány a také srovnány kritéria hospodářské soutěže pro fúze akvizice tak, jak jsou uvedena v relevantních právních předpisech těchto zemí.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: "Mergers and acquisitions in terms of competition" is to analyze legislation in this field. The first part is focused on describing the historical development as well as current state of legislation of the competition in the Czech Republic, the European Union and also in the United States of America. The second part describes and also compares criteria of the competition for mergers and acquisitions as they are set in legislation of these states.
