Conflict resolution and stress in the workplace

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se věnuje oblasti stresu a konfliktu na pracovišti. Autorka mapuje hlavní příčiny, fáze a důsledky, způsoby řešení a prevenci konfliktu a stresu v teoretické rovině. V projektové studii je představena Urologická klinika VFN a 1. LF UK v Praze, popsán její denní režim, přístup vedení k zaměstnancům a způsoby řešení konfliktů a stresu. Následně se autorka věnuje dílčím cílům. Jako výzkumná metoda byl použit dotazník doplněn o vlastní pozorování. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření autorka interpretuje návrhy řešení, které by se mohly stát vodítkem pro vedoucí pracovníky v boji proti konfliktním a stresovým situacím na klinice.

Abstract:

The present thesis deal with the field of stress and conflict in the workplace. The author describes the main causes, phases and consequences, solutions and prevention of conflict and stress in theory. In the project study is presented Department of Urology VFN and 1. LF UK in Prague, described daily routine, access to employees and ways conflict resolution and stress. Subsequently, the author focuses on individual goals. As research method was used questionnaire and observations. Based on the survey results, the author interprets the solutions that could serve as a guideline for the management of the clinics in the fight against conflict and stressful situations at the clinic.
