Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikatelským záměrem. Práce je teoreticko-aplikačního charakteru. V teoretické části je popsán samotný podnikatelský záměr, jeho podstata, co je potřeba k jeho sestavení, jaké analýzy se používají. V teoretické části práce je zmíněno pět nejčastějších chyb v podnikání. Jádrem aplikační části je návrh samotného podnikatelského záměru na relaxační kavárnu, v kterém jsou použity analýzy a informace čerpané z předešlé teoretické části. V aplikační části se nacházejí prvotní investice, měsíční náklady a měsíční tržby zakládané relaxační kavárny. V práci se také počítá se mzdami pro zaměstnance, údržbou nebo otvírací dobou. V závěru je hodnoceno, zda by byl podnikatelský záměr z aplikační části úspěšný, či nikoliv

Abstract:

A business plan filed is the main focus of this bachelor thesis. Given by the applied nature of the thesis, the key theoretical underpinning is followed by its practical application. First, the descriptive theoretical part underpins the actual business plan with the main consideration of the following aspects: What the business plan is; what inputs are required; what analytical tools are employed, etc. Also, the five most frequent mistakes made by entrepreneurs are briefly mentioned. Further, The theoretical underpinning is supplemented by the actual practical application/employment of the previously described theories, analytical tools and conducted information. A proposal of the business plan for a coffee house with a relaxation concept is the core of the applied part. In the applied section of the thesis there are several elements of consideration presented, including yet not limited to Initial investments, monthly costs as well as revenues. Opening hours, wages and maintenance costs are reflected into the calculations presented. Finally, the work is concluded with the success/failure assessment of the intended business plan.
