Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výzkum působení fyzikálních a chemických vlivů okolí na funkci a vlastnosti embryonálních tělísek kardiomyocytů. Měření provádíme mikroskopem atomárních sil, který pracuje na principu těsného přiblížení hrotu ke vzorku. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the research of the properties the embryoid bodies of cardiomyocytes as a result of physical and chemical environmental influences. The measurements were performed by the atomic force microscope, which operates on the principle of close approach of the tip to the sample.
