An Inventory Management System Analysis of a Specific Company
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu systému řízení zásob ve vybraném podniku MONSTA Brno, spol. s r.o. na základě metod řízení zásob. Pomocí výpočtu doby obratu zásob, metody ABC, Paretova pravidla a nákladů na skladování zásob byly objeveny klíčové nedostatky na jejíchž nápravu byly podány návrhy. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the inventory management system of the chosen company MONSTA Brno, spol. s r.o. based on inventory management methods. By calculating Inventory turnover time, ABC method, Pareto principle and the storing cost the key insufficiencies were found.
