Motivační preference zaměstnanců pracujících ve vybrané oblasti ČLR

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je pracovní motivace zaměstnanců včetně jejího naplnění v městské správě města Peking. Téma bylo zvoleno na základě aktuálního tématu pracovní motivace, která má na výkon zaměstnanců významný vliv. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na základní pojmy, kterými jsou stimul, motiv, motivace, dále na teorie motivace a typy motivace. V aplikační části se zaměřujeme na proces motivace v praxi, pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V této části bakalářské práce jsou porovnávány úrovně požadovaného stavu motivace se skutečným stavem s ohledem na kategorie dotazovaných zaměstnanců. Pozornost je zaměřena také na klíčové motivační faktory, které jsou pro zaměstnance prioritní. Získané data byly zpracovány základní popisní statistikou a zároveň byl využit i Studentův T-test pro šetření rozdílnosti aritmetických průměrů preferencí respondentů. V závěru práce jsou navržena konkrétní doporučení, která povedou ke zlepšení nastavení motivačních programů v podmínkách v městské správy Peking.

Abstract:

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is the work motivation of employees including their fulfillment in the municipal administration of the city of Beijing. The topic was chosen based on the current topic, work motivation, which has a significant impact on employee performance. We focus on the basic concepts in the theoretical part, which there are the stimulus, motive, motivation, theory of motivation and types of motivation. In the application section we focus on the process of motivation in practice, using a questionnaire survey. In this section of the Bachelor thesis there are compared against the range of importance according to the desired state, and according to the actual state with regard to the breakdown of the surveyed employees. Attention is focused also on the key motivational factors, which there are a priority for the employee. The data obtained were processed with base statistics and at the same time was used as well as student's T-test for the investigation of a difference of arithmetic averages of the preferences of the respondents. At the conclusion of the work there are designed to specific recommendations that will lead to the improvement of work motivation, not only in urban administration of Beijing.
