Communication Strategy of the Company EKKA-Gold

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá navržením komunikační strategie pro firmu EKKA-Gold. Úvodní část práce definuje teoretická východiska a současné trendy pro přípravu strategie komunikace a přibližuje specifika trhu s drahými kovy, přičemž se zaměřuje především na investiční zlato. V praktické části je představena firma EKKA-Gold a provedena analýza výsledků dotazníkového šetření, primární výzkum doplňuje analýza konkurence a PEST analýza. Zjištěné poznatky jsou využity pro vytvoření SWOT. V závěru kapitoly jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky. V projektové části je předložen návrh komunikační kampaně pro firmu EKKA-Gold na druhou polovinu roku 2023.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a communication strategy for the company EKKA-Gold. The introductory part of the thesis defines the theoretical foundations and current trends for the preparation of the communication strategy and presents the specifics of the precious metals market, with a focus on investment gold. In the practical part, the EKKA-Gold company is introduced, and an analysis of the results of a questionnaire survey is conducted. Primary research is supplemented by a competitive analysis and PEST analysis. The findings are used to create a SWOT analysis. The research questions are answered at the end of the chapter. In the project part of the thesis, a proposal for a communication campaign for the EKKA-Gold company for the second half of 2023 is presented.
