The Needs Analysis of a chosen low-threshold facilities clients from socially excluded background in the town of Liberec

Abstract:

Teoretická východiska bakalářské práce s názvem Analýza potřeb vybrané skupiny klientů z nízkoprahového centra ze sociální vyloučeného prostředí v Liberci jsou orientována na vymezení základních pojmů (sociální vyloučení, nízkoprahové zařízení). Teoretická část zároveň obsahuje shrnutí výstupů z rozhovorů s pracovníky regionálních poboček společnosti Člověk v tísni v Bílině a Ústí nad Labem. (Tyto rozhovory byly podkladem pro vytyčení okruhů potřeb, na které se zaměřuje výzkumné šetření v empirické části práce.) Výzkumné šetření je zaměřeno na analýzu potřeb sociálně vyloučených osob ve věku 15-26 let. Výzkumný vzorek byl tvořen patnácti klienty nízkoprahového zařízení společnosti Člověk v tísni v Liberci. Pro analýzu potřeb byla zvolena metoda individuálních interview ověřená kontrolní fokusní skupinou. Poslední kapitola práce je tvořena zhodnocením získaných dat i výzkumných metod, obsahuje též doporučení pro práci s tímto segmentem klientů v rámci zařízení.

Abstract:

Theoretical resources of the bachelor thesis called The Needs Analysis of a chosen low-threshold facilities clients from socially excluded background in the town of Liberec are orientated to definition of basic terms (social exclusion, low-threshold facilities for children and youth). Theoretical part contains also a summary of outgoings from interviews with regional branch offices employees of the company People In Need in Bílina and Ústí nad Labem. (These interviews were a basis for marking out the range of needs which is the research investigation in the empiric part of the thesis aimed at.) The research investigation is aimed at the needs analysis of socially excluded people in the age of 15-26. Research sample was made by fifteen low-threshold facilities clients of the company People In Need in Liberec. A method of individual interviews confirmed by a check focus group was chosen for the analysis. Last chapter of the thesis is formed by evaluation of gained data and even the research methods, it contains recommendation for work with this segment of clients within the facility.
