Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na revitalizaci staré chátrající textilní továrny Fezko „Z“ v centru Strakonic. Snažil jsem se navrhnout takové využití industriálních objektů, aby fungovaly jako přirozená součást centra Strakonic, které bylo poničeno a okleštěno v 70. létech 20. století necitelnými demolicemi celých ulic a čtvrtí. Zvolil jsem kombinaci nového využití administrativního, sportovního, muzejního, uměleckého a dále zde navrhuji ubytovací kapacity. Budovy budou vypadat maximálně stejně, jak vypadaly po jejich postavení, zachová se jejich průmyslový styl. Rozmanité oblasti využití přitáhnou široké spektrum návštěvníků nejen ze Strakonic, ale hlavně díky unikátnímu technickému muzeu i z celé republiky, čím předpokládám, že se centrum Strakonic rozšíří a více ožije. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis historického vývoje města Strakonic od jeho založení až po vznik a rozmach textilní výroby. V aplikační části hodnotím stavebně technické řešení stavby a navrhuji interiéry všech budov, za dodržení všech normových předpisů. Součástí aplikační části je také vlastní fotodokumentace lokality kopie nejstarší projektové dokumentace, situace a výkresy starého a nového stavu továrních objektů na úrovni územní studie.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the revitalization of the old decaying textile factory Fezko "Z" in the center of Strakonice. I have tried to design such industrial buildings to function as a natural part of the Strakonic center, which was damaged and cut off in the 70s of the 20th century by inconceivable demolitions of entire streets and districts. I have chosen a combination of new use of administrative, sports, museum, artistic and here I suggest accommodation capacities. The buildings will look as much as they look after their position, their industrial style will be preserved. Varied areas of usage will attract a wide range of visitors not only from Strakonice, but also thanks to the unique technical museum of the whole republic, which is why I expect the center to expand and become more alive. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the historical development of the city of Strakonice from its establishment to the rise and expansion of textile production. In the application part, I evaluate the construction and technical design of the building and I design the interiors of all buildings, in compliance with all standard regulations. Part of the application part is also own photo documentation of the site of the copy of the oldest project documentation and drawings of the old and new state of the factory buildings at the study level.
