Nutrient media in microbiology - Past and Present
Abstract:
Práce je věnována historii kultivačních médií i historii mikrobiologie jako takové. Popisuje vývoj tohoto vědního oboru se zaměřením na kultivační média a významné objevy v tomto odvětví. Dále se věnuje specifickým mikroorganismům společně s jejich stanovením a neméně důležitou situací trhu v oblasti kultivačních médií v České republice.
Abstract:
The thesis is dedicated to the history of culture media and history of microbiology as well. It describes the development of this discipline with a focus on culture media and significant discoveries in this sector. It also discusses specific microorganisms along with their determination and equally important market situation on the field of culture media in the Czech republic.
